Matthew Cooper
Matthew is a health economist with expertise in health financing, policy and strategy development, evaluation and performance monitoring, and economic/VfM analysis of global health initiatives, programmes and interventions.
As a consultant Matthew has conducted wide ranging assignments for the ELMA Foundation, UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) Prosperity Fund, the Gates Foundation, Gavi, Health Metrics Network, Medicines Patent Pool (MPP), Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (PMNCH), Public Health England, Stop TB Partnership, TB REACH, UNICEF, UNITAID, USAID, Wellcome Trust and WHO. Matthew is a member of NICHAD (Network of International Consultants in Health and Development) and has associate relationships with a number of successful health consultancies, including CEPA, Euro Health Group (EHG), Integrity Global, and Itad.
He holds an MSc in Health Economics, Policy and Management from LSE.
